Jeremiah Brent is the latest addition to Queer Eye (he’s replacing Bobby Berk—it’s been a whole thing), and if your immediate response to this news was he’s gorgeous I must know everything about his personal life, then buckle up. Because Jeremiah’s relationship with interior designer Nate Berkus is best described as beautiful as well as several other adjectives (cute? adorable? romantic? pick one). Here’s a comprehensive timeline of their relationship if you need to know absolutely everything.

Page Six (via Us Weekly) announces that Nate and Jeremiah are officially dating, with a source saying, “They were kissing at the sunglass rack in the [Barneys] men’s section.” Incredible reporting, no notes.
Anyway, these two actually first connected during a “friend hang” while looking at antiques. As Nate put it to People, “I was sitting in a brown leather chair and we were just talking. And I remember thinking to myself, Oh god, what is this? This is not what I thought it was. There was something about him that, in his presence, I just felt so safe.”
Just FYI: Jeremiah’s former boss Rachel Zoe is the one who introduced them!

Nate tells CBS, “It’s been really interesting. Being engaged is such a strange stage because you’re not married and you’re not dating. It’s interesting the questions people ask when you’re engaged. They want to know every detail about the wedding. And it’s like, ‘We just got engaged. We’re celebrating the fact that we got engaged.’ Jeremiah and I are really excited about it though.”

So the idea that we can honor his memory in a beautiful way was exciting to us.”
